Patience is Key

kyabo touched base on the importance of patience in the music industry, Patience is so huge. I don't think I had any sense of real patience before I decided to do music because there's a lot of waiting, even little things like waiting for mixes. Everything within the process is its own art form. They went on to explain that patience is essential in order to make sure that the right time is chosen to put out music, as music is very seasonal. kyabo also emphasized the importance of trusting your gut and not being afraid to ask for help.

The Benefits of Education

kyabo also talked about the importance of education in their journey as an artist. They explained, When it came time to decide what to do after high school, I was like, okay, cool, I could do music but I wanted to explore a different aspect that might challenge my brand at some point, and I think strategic communications kinda deals with PR, marketing, advertising, and all those principles, so I think it was really beneficial for my artistry.

What’s Next for kyabo?

kyabo is currently in their final year of university and is planning to release something special towards the end of the year. They said, The plan is constantly changing, but right now this is the most secure it feels. There'll be something special coming out this year, like towards the end of it, but not a new project, just something special though, that's all I'm gonna say. They also plan on releasing their next project in 2024.
